1. Accepted Payment Method
We currently accept PayPal only for all purchases made on our website.
PayPal allows you to complete your purchase securely using:
- A PayPal account balance
- Linked debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Bank account transfers linked to your PayPal account
You do not need a PayPal account to check out - you may choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” at the PayPal payment screen.
2. Secure Payment Processing
Your payment security is our top priority.
All transactions made through PayPal are encrypted and processed via a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection to protect your financial information.
- We do not store or have access to your credit card or bank details.
- PayPal Buyer Protection applies to all eligible transactions, giving you peace of mind in the event of a dispute or unauthorized charge.
- Our checkout system automatically redirects to the official PayPal gateway for authorization.
3. Payment Authorization & Verification
- Payment is charged at the time of purchase.
- Orders will not be processed until the transaction is successfully verified by PayPal.
- In case of pending payments (eCheck or delayed authorization), your order will be shipped after the payment clears.
- If PayPal flags a transaction as high-risk, we may reach out for additional verification to protect both you and Mood Moor from fraud.
4. Pricing & Currency
- All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) by default.
- For customers outside the U.S., PayPal automatically handles currency conversion at its current exchange rate at checkout.
- Please note that foreign transaction or currency conversion fees (if applicable) are determined by PayPal or your card issuer and are not controlled by Mood Moor.
5. Taxes & Duties
Applicable sales taxes or import duties will be displayed at checkout (if relevant) based on your delivery location.
For international orders, any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient (see our Shipping Policy).
6. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is completed:
- You will receive an order confirmation email from Mood Moor.
- PayPal will also send you a transaction receipt confirming your payment details.
- Please review these emails to ensure all order and address information is correct.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails or is declined:
- Please verify your PayPal account balance or linked payment method.
- You may try completing checkout again using a different card or PayPal funding source.
- If issues persist, contact PayPal Customer Service or reach out to us for assistance.
We cannot reserve inventory for unpaid or incomplete orders.
8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear suspicious or inconsistent with typical purchasing behavior.
If your order is canceled for security reasons, you will be notified and refunded in full.
