1. Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Unauthorized returns without prior approval or incomplete packaging may be declined.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

We distinguish between store fault and customer-initiated returns:

Covered by Mood Moor (Free Return)

We cover the return shipping cost if:

  • You received an incorrect or defective item
  • The product arrived damaged or missing components
  • The defect was reported within 7 days of delivery

In these cases, we will provide either:

  • A prepaid return label, or
  • A shipping reimbursement once the return is confirmed.

Covered by Customer

You are responsible for the return shipping cost if:

  • You changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color
  • You are returning due to personal preference
  • The item was damaged after delivery due to misuse or neglect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt as proof of return.

4. Return Procedure

Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
    If there are any issues (damage, defect, or wrong item), contact us within 48 hours of receipt at customerservices@moodmoor.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.
  2. Request return authorization.
    Our team will review your case and provide a return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns sent without approval may not be processed.
  3. Ship your return.
    • For store-fault cases, we will email you a prepaid label or reimburse your shipping after verification.
    • For customer-choice returns, you must ship the item at your own expense.
  4. Receive confirmation.
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm the status of your refund or replacement.

5. Refund Process

  • Processing time: Within 30 days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refund method: Issued to your original payment method unless otherwise requested.
  • Timeline: Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you opted for store credit, it will be issued immediately after approval.

Refunds are issued for product value only. Shipping costs (if any) from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a merchant error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Complete the return process for the original item.
  2. Place a new order for the preferred size, color, or product.

This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory tracking.

7. Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive:

  • A defective or damaged product, or
  • The wrong item,

Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos and order details. We will evaluate and offer an appropriate resolution — refund, replacement, or credit — at no additional cost to you.
