Our fulfillment network includes both domestic warehouses within the United States and international partner facilities in countries such as China and other regions.

  • U.S. customers: Orders are usually shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center whenever possible.
  • International customers: Depending on product availability and stock levels, your order may be shipped from one of our international logistics partners.

We carefully select the shipping location to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery for your region.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing period: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • What happens during processing: Order verification, product quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
  • Order updates: Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress.

Please note that during high-volume seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

5. Tracking Information

Every order includes real-time tracking.
Once your parcel ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.
Please allow up to 1–3 business days for the tracking details to update after dispatch.

If you have not received tracking details after 5 business days, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

In rare cases, certain products may temporarily go out of stock at your nearest warehouse.
When this occurs:

  • We may ship from another regional or international warehouse to complete your order.
